ReplyDeleteI love this illustration. Mainly because my wife and I call Valentines Day, Vomit Day. All the fuzzy, cutesy bears, satin hearts, restaurants with tables only set for two make us want to puke long-stemmed rose spew all over the place. These... carrots have got it right. Keep it all underground. They don't need a special day. It's everyday. They're as happy as you like, and potentially ignorant to their inevitable fate of being yanked out of the ground and eaten. Until that day, they're each others' world. And THAT is what love is aaaall about.
